You can choose your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.
We use USPS for all our deliveries. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States of America. Please get in touch with us directly for international shipping via firstname.lastname@example.org.
For shipping our 12oz coffee and most merchandise, we primarily utilize USPS First-Class mailing. Mail should be delivered in 2–5 business days from when it leaves our shop in Savannah, GA. Each package is insured as well for loss or damage up to $5,000. Prices may vary on items weighing more than 13oz.
USPS offers reliable services but there will occasionally be deliveries that are delayed. While we will do everything possible to keep this from happening or to rectify the situation, there will be times when things are outside of our control. Please get in touch with us if this happens and we’ll do our best to help put things right.
When will my order be dispatched?
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Since all of our roasts are to-order, there can be occasional delays with larger orders to ensure we've fulfilled them to the level of excellence required.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, and we'll track down your delivery.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We currently accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments but we are working on introducing additional options in the near future. For more information, you may also want to read Stripe’s Privacy.
