If you like coffees that are a little special but still easy to love, this one’s been on repeat for us lately. Our Georgia Peach Blend tastes like a warm slice of fresh peach cobbler—sweet, floral, and comforting, with just enough brightness to keep things interesting. It’s one of those coffees you keep coming back to because it somehow feels both unique and familiar at the same time.

We built this blend around an incredible Colombian Peach Co-Ferment coffee from Sebastián Ramirez, where carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation with wine yeast and real peach helps bring out layered fruit sweetness and a silky texture. It delivers expressive notes of baked peaches and jasmine, with a juicy character that really shines as pour over coffee or flash brew.

To balance that vibrant fruit character, we blended in a beautiful Brazilian coffee from Mara Madeira, a farm with over 70 years of family cultivation and a strong commitment to sustainable, Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee production. Their coffee adds smooth brown sugar sweetness and structure, giving the cup warmth and balance without muting the lively fruit notes.

Roasted to 408ºF for clarity and sweetness, this is an ideal choice if you're looking for a light roast coffee that still feels approachable. It’s especially good if you enjoy fruit-forward coffee, specialty coffee with natural sweetness, or want something memorable for cold brew or pour-over.
