Beyond the Cup
Our La Capucas Decaf is proof that decaf doesn’t have to be an afterthought.
Grown in the lush highlands of western Honduras near Celaque National Park, this coffee comes from the Las Capucas cooperative: a community-driven group supporting sustainable farming and social investment across local coffee-growing families.
Using the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process, this coffee is gently decaffeinated while preserving its character. The result is a medium roast that’s rich, grounded, and quietly complex.
In the cup, expect deep notes of nightshade fruit, layered with molasses-like sweetness and a smooth, comforting finish.
Crafted from primarily Caturra varietals grown between 1400–1600 meters above sea level in fertile Honduran soil, this decaf drinks with the body and depth of a full-caffeine offering.
Balanced enough for daily brewing and structured enough for espresso, La Capucas Decaf is an easy reach for late afternoons, evenings, or anytime you want the ritual without the rush.
